No. If you have IT staff, we give them an independent second opinion, clearer priorities, help planning projects and reports management can easily read.
How long does the IT check-up take?
Most check-ups take 1-3 weeks. It depends on how many people, locations and systems you have, and how much documentation you need.
Can Techi do the work it recommends?
Yes. Techi can do the approved work itself or work alongside your team and your current suppliers.
Do you give a price before the check-up?
After the first conversation, we give you an estimate of what the work includes. The final price depends on your business size, how complex and urgent the work is, and whether you want ongoing advice.
